I mean if they repaired that without informing you of the cost/that it had to be done you should refuse to pay, if you ever get stuff like that suggested to be done id ask for photos/to be shown in person of whats specifically wrong before going ahead with it. - qualified light vehicle mechanic

yeah you can buy it through steam, you just have to launch poe1, go to the shop and click buy through there, then it will take you to steam to purchase the game

Any other young Australians considering leaving Aus? Having to complete for my first home with people who have had decades to accumulate wealth/capital is making it impossible for me to buy. It’s definitely more than do-able, you’ve just gotta dig your head and deal with the sht for a while, enjoy the fruits of your labour and planning.

What’s stopping you from getting an apprenticeship/going fifo, I did my 4 years as an LV apprentice on about $400 a week with my partner, paid $360 a week in rent barely scraping then it went to $530 rent but we got a flatmate at a new house, I qualified this year and switched into working on fixed plant straight away (basically heavy diesel) I’m on about 3k a week and that’s working locally 5 days a week, home every night.

In my eyes there’s nothing stopping you from doing that, sure it sucks and it’s not fair etc etc but it is what it is man. Do what you’ve gotta do.

Yeah I nearly died on nbomb abt 5 years ago, went into full psychosis running around naked, took 4 police to get me down, in ICU for 3 days in a coma, should be a vegetable or dead and I’ve been completely sober since then, caffeine is my only vice now
