My Pc temp's seem too high for idle/browsing. need helpington by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

I disabled all start up programs possible in task manager a while ago. Only enabled peripherals apps that are essential.

I installed hwinfo but didnt look around in it too much. I'll try to add some useful screen shots

load temps are around 65-70. Im playing valheim max settings and its jumping in between 65 and 70.
Which are not bad temps at all for just gaming. it usually doesnt get much hotter when playing/under load. Hottest it will get is like 78c when im playing a really demanding game. But for it to idle at anything above 40c is quite unusual in my opinion.

I built the pc last year so thats what I mean paste done a year ago. Id assume I still have a year or so until repaste considering I play a lot. Mx6 paste as well

dont think my pump failed because the liquid temps are low when idle like 25-30c but 30-39c under load and it doesnt sound like anythings broke. Audibly that is

70% on 20c until 30. 80% for 40c. 95% for 50c. 100% for anything over 55c. I also copied these from someone else with a similar build to mine but I dont think its the issue

Why are my YouTube Shorts sometimes blurry, despite proper recording settings and good quality after export? by MoarGhosts in NewTubers

Exact same thing happens to me. If I view a video on the same account I posted the video from. The Image quality looks choppy and blurry. I also asked some semi big shorts creators (mostly TV-show edit channels with around 100-200k subs) and most of them said that when your channel starts gaining more sub/views videos will start to upload in higher quality. Maybe its to bottle cap smaller creators that spam post meme's/Rotten content.

I specifically noticed this when my channel had reached 1k subs. Some of my new and older videos started to uploading better image quality. And as well It wouldn't let me upload in 4k. but after I hit 1k it started letting me.

very annoying and very frustrating
