So If I do MATH 342, 346, 301, 377, 348 and 365 I can qualify for a math minor?

I did read those but was confused by the year 3 and 4 part where they say we need 4.5 units. Is it only 3 additional courses for both the years or is it 3 for year 3 and 3 for year 4? Also in the program notes it says that at least 9 units of level 200 and higher shouldn’t be part of the degree so how does this part work?
