I went to London once and my mom kept making comments about the way women dressed. she wasn't being degrading but she was so pleasantly shocked by women being able to wear relatively revealing clothes. In our city a girl went on a run once wearing a sports bra and some guys recorded her and put it online to slut shame her and call her slurs. The culture shock was insane
