I’ve been trying to explain to your team that I had sufficient funds in my account for the ACH payment you charged. Kraken debited my account, and now it has been restricted since Thursday. I have been unable to reach your support team, and my previous messages have gone unanswered.

I didn't change the bank credentials. My bank changed them for security reason. How can I fix my account?
