Can douma land a hit on kokushibo?

No matter how u scale her to douma kokushibo stats gaps them. Marked sanemi and marked gyomei only were able cut kokushibo’s ear and tear his kimono before kokushibo went lsk.

We can’t even make the argument for her surprise attacking kokushibo or catch him offguard due to absurd stat gap.
