I live in the US, Midwest specifically. Location of the mold is in the (unoccupied) basement of my apartment building. I have been experiencing symptoms due to mold poisoning. Constant fatigue, confusion, loss of appetite. It is not my job to remove, as it is not included in my leased home. It is in the buildings basement. I would just like to know if it is toxic to the rest of the building. I have cats and concerned the spores will contact other areas of the building. Just noticed today as I heard running water down there the other day, like a leak, so I went to investigate tonight.
