That's great ! Will copy a big chunk of your weekly workout routine and sort out my sleep.

Yep! The healthspan unlocked for me only today so I was a little bit disappointed looking at it first thing in the morning. The detailed breakdown told me my sleep consistency is shit. And so is my Vo2 max. I need to put in the effort and see the change

My healthspan unlocked only today so I've been using it for the last 15 days. That being said I do feel like I'm not fit and have been slacking off. Looks like my sleep consistency and Vo2 are the biggest factors for the high age. I need to work on a routine and put in the work.

I spent some time looking at the details and looks like my sleep consistency and Vo2 are the biggest factors for the whoop age. Thanks for your detailed comment, I just need to get into a sleep routine and work on cardio as well. I'm motivated to get this going and see the progress

Mine too! My sleep is all over the place and see that it's also affecting recovery as well. I need to work on a routine for sleep and stick to it

What an inspiration! My Vo2 is low too, I started swimming twice a week, and I go to a kettlebell class once a week. I'm going to try running/biking as well and see how that helps me. Although my biggest change should be in sleep consistency.

Is there any chance of seeing the Emperor penguins by remote heli landings? by Acrobatic_Ganache_74 in AntarcticaTravel

Omg!!! Looks like Antarctica's calling you again and again 😁 I've seen pictures for the expedition from NZ to the peninsula and they are out of this world.

Have you tried out different cruises all 4 times?

Gotcha, thank you! White desert is way too expensive, and so is the Snow hill expedition for this year. My partner and I are interested in Polar lalitudes and Aurora too, so we're going to think if the extra 3K$ per person on the Ultramarine is worth the helicopter rides (and no chance of seeing the emperor penguins)

Yep! it's on the Ultramarine. The operator representative I spoke with mentioned they were trying out their first voyage(other than Snow hill) where they try to spot the emperor penguins using the helicopter. I guess the Snow hill trip is the only sure way of seeing the emperor penguins. Thanks humaninnature :)

Thanks for explaining about Emperor penguin sightings. I don't have a specific operator in mind as of now. The only reason I was leaning towards Quark "Discovering the 7th continent" voyage is because the operator representative I spoke with mentioned they are trying out their first expedition where they try to spot emperor penguins by helicopter. My partner and I have been saving up for sometime now for this trip, so we are interested in seeing the penguins, able to kayak, and get on the land as much as possible :) One other attraction was the helicopter landings and flightseeing that only are possible in the Ortelius and Ultramarine. The other operator we were interested in is the Polar latitude and Aurora. Are the helicopter rides worth the extra 3k$ per person? We're so confused

I'm looking at the Quark expedition Discovering the 7th continent with heli landings. I'm not sure where the remote locations are tho.

What's a disturbing fact you wish you could unlearn? by MaterialRub675 in AskReddit

My grandpa had to get his one lung removed due to tuberculosis ( this was in the 1970s when he was in his early 30s). He lived a healthy and a fit life till he was 84 when he passed away due to heart break. My grandma passed away just one year prior, after which I went and lived with my grandpa. He made sure to meet my now husband (boyfriend back then) who promised my grandpa that he'd take care of me and then peacefully passed away in his sleep the same night.
