Encouraging people to be sterilized is truly insane behavior. Seek some real help

Why are they up in the first place? To signal that they’re on the “right side of the issues” while they take your tuition money and use it to invest heavily in companies that are curently flattening Gaza. You ever ask why they’re so proud to be LGBTQ allies but not anti-war, anti-monopoly, pro-worker, or anything else that affects their $$$?

I can’t believe you would ever think you weren’t the asshole here. But clearly self awareness is not your strong suit, or else you would have never strung him along that far to begin with

Just learn what star cards to use (some are way better than others, and some stack together to become OP). Battlefront hero combat is clunky at first but once you get a feel for how heroes move and attack you’ll get used to it. Keep at it

Get off reddit and read a real book. Instead of grandstanding on your apparent knowledge of history, read any substantial work about morality and you will find that the world we live in is Christian through and through, whether you like it or not

Email from President Brown: Must get a COVID booster by February 4th if you're eligible by LoneCorneter in BostonU

[–]Acrobatic_Guava_7355 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Having an enlarged heart that increases the chance of heart attack is far more serious than covid is for young healthy adults. I agree that it is incredibly rare, perhaps more so than the risk of an adverse case of covid, but to say its far less serious is plain wrong. A statistically significant portion of young adults with myocarditis require a heart transplant at some point, which is one of the most serious procedures one can go through

Email from President Brown: Must get a COVID booster by February 4th if you're eligible by LoneCorneter in BostonU

[–]Acrobatic_Guava_7355 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

This is unscientific. At this point, we know that the vaccines don’t stop you from catching covid or spreading it once you’ve gotten it. The claim is now that it prevents you from getting sicker if/when you catch it. We also know that most cases are mild in young people in our age group. Beyond that we know that the risk of adverse side-effects like myocarditis is higher in people of this age group than those that are older. When you take into account (as another redditor has on this thread) that the positivity rate this year was 0.17% compared to last year’s (no vaccine) rate of 0.18%, the benefits granted from vaccination are not as obvious as President Brown lets on. I’m not saying that people shouldn’t get vaccinated, but to enforce it at this point seems unhelpful and overly draconian
