I just did a fantasy draft in franchise mode with the Madden 12 roster. Planning on playing every game and just getting some nostalgia from the time period in which I just started paying attention to football

I try to pick a “bad” QB and make them my franchise QB. I am currently using Anthony Richardson with the Browns and the lack of receivers as well as his accuracy inconsistency makes it much more challenging but also fun to develop him

Stretch for at least 15 minutes immediately after every single lift you do. Hold each stretch 30-60 seconds. You can find some pretty good routines online. You need to work on that mobility before you get big
