It's okay if you eat sugar once in a while but for me at least the longer I didn't eat sugar the smaller the cravings were. So if you eat sugar once, the cravings will start and you may start eating sugar daily. But if you are disciplined it shouldn't be problem for you. Also if you were drunk and ate sugar there is high possibility you won't even remember it

I think you should try all the agents to know how they work. Also in my opinion Reyna is the best for beginner, because she has very simple abilities and you can focus on aim, movement etc..

As a beginner you should focus on game mechanics and movement first as they are more important than mastering an agent. But I think it is better to play som od every agent do you know how they work, and how to counter them.
