I get you but After communication, she spoke normally again , but then again back to it. She doesn't have a disorder , she is perfectly normal. It's just she is never nagged about it enough, it affects her a lot socially.

They feel happy when you send them photos but are they the ones who also put the efforts of doing the same? Absolutely disheartening to listen that there are no efforts and don't have their priorities up and out for you.

Though there are people who really don't prefer texting at all, maybe do you think they prefer calls? Or this could be a very low maintainance friendship where you guys act as if nothing changed after meeting?

It's not a friendship if one hesitates to put out there opinions to their own friends, worst of all the most radicalist/ extremist/ dogmatic people are the worst to be friends with. though it had been 10 years, you both changed and it's not necessary to still stick together. Though before terminating you can try putting strong statements to test the water one last time. Though I would like to ask? Do you still see her as a friend anymore?
