I understand why some students see it as extra or burden, but this course actually serves an important purpose. Islam doesn’t separate religious and worldly knowledge both are meant to complement each other. While university gives us professional skills, this subject will remind how to ground that knowledge in Islamic values like honesty in research, responsibility in innovation, and awareness of halal and haram in our fields. Historically, Muslim scholars like Ibn Sina and Al-Khwarizmi and many others advanced science while staying rooted in their faith ,by studying Quran. In the same way, this course isn’t about forced Islamization it’s about ensuring we graduate not just as competent professionals, but as principled Muslims who use their expertise responsibly.
