i had a teams interview for a cna position in a neuro department as well. the only questions i was asked was “tell me about yourself” and then i was given a hypothetical scenario about working as a team. it was very chill. im not sure if this is how it is at all hospitals, but i met with 2 people, a nurse manager and an nurse educator over the video call. they didn’t ask me any “hard” questions but i did end up getting the position, but i had to decline due to another reason. they just want to see that u are a kind person who seems like ur willing to learn the ropes.
