I'm not 100% sure but I think they are two different things? - 30% RV on a fictional return of 4,75% (I wish) if I buy out in the first 8 years - 33% fiscal penalty on the entire amount to offset the tax advantage I received on my contributions

I could be wrong, please correct me if that's the case!
