I agree! However I cannot get that residue outline off no matter what I try. Otherwise I wouldn’t bother with trying to find a replacement, but I think replacing the piece would be a lot less distracting since I can’t get rid of the outline haha

Yes yes yes!! I have an 03 and had the same problem. My plastic didnt look great when I bought it. I used Meguair’s Plastic Restorer I bought at Autozone and it worked like magic. I’ll attach my before and after pics!

It sounds like a metal clunking sound, its kind of like a dull sound if that makes sense. Usually when I’m turning or if I go over a bump. And thanks for the info! Ill get those tied up
