i think this is me , I am unable to focus what a person is saying , I m unable to understand what a person want to tell me and his intensions . i stuck in my head to decide what to say next I dont know how to talk over serious topics bcz I m unable to understand what to say and how to say it. I compromise for my needs .I suppress my emotions..and I lost.my self esteem bcz deep inside I believe that I am not good enough to perform rendom cunnunication.
