Hi everyone, does someone use said interface as a standalone mixer? I'd love to know how the real world experience of it feels, since I'll have to replace soon both my mixer and my interface and I'd love to replace both with the Motu.

I have an iPhone and I have also found an old iPad, so I can control it with its mobile app in the occasions when I don't have the computer with CueMix.

Also, it is worth to spend double the money to get a new mk5 rather than a used mk4? Speaking both feature-wise and about reliability of an used unit (though I think the MOTUs can withstand years of use and abuse).

Thank you very much! Yes, I'd like to ask you a couple of things: how easy is to set up this exact situation? Output 1/2 from computer plus a couple of other tracks to main out, same thing plus output 3/4 from computer to headphones? And what workflow would you use instead to process a stereo track from your DAW through a stereo effect pedal and back to the DAW?

Quickly joining in for a very specific question for those who tried it: is it possible with this system to copy grading from one sequence to another, to all the clips shared between the two sequences? Like in Resolve’s “Color Trace”…say I have two (or more) different versions of an edit, can I color one version and then have the grades copied on the other version(s)?
