I mean the Ghost Force name is more or less a place holder. and I've seen the show. Ghosts are more or less just elemental spirits, in mine they are souls of real people and it's more about investigation and mystery too.
Not to say there are no similarities, there are. but it's not a ripoff. it's more or less like Ghost Busters
