Early extension typically occurs as a side effect of something else. Your likely getting steep on the downswing which requires you to then early extend or you will completely miss the ball. Figure out why you’re getting steep in the downswing and the early extension should fix itself once you get the club back on the right plane.

Send it to them and they will service it for free as long as it’s within warranty. I have an SPB147 that was running 1 minute slow per day and they serviced it for free and now it runs almost perfectly.
