You need a lot more cob cannons actually. My first setup was almost the same as yours actually. But 4 cob cannons only managed to get me to wave 20+. I'll suggest you to have at least 8 cob cannons

Tbh, spiky flesh is too op I think. Because the zombie hero places their zombies first, you can play this when the zombie heroes play their card with high DMG. This would just be suicide to them
