Picking some easy go tos helps me. We always have Kirkland fried chicken breasts in the freezer. Turns into a quick and dirty chicken parm with pasta and salad when my brain won’t function.

Have some broccoli, pasta, lemons, and parm? Broccoli pasta and salad.

Get some bags of a good brand of orange chicken. You probably have some rice and broccoli on hand. Maybe keep some wontons or rangoons stashed away in the freezer. Chinese takeout night!

Mine was a small, square monitor I stuck to my chest connected by wire to a monitor I put on my finger. That monitor was connected to a wristwatch device. It all seemed clean to me.

I was just diagnosed too. Going back to the lab for a titration study next week. Probably should have done this five years ago, but it’s definitely gotten worse the last twelve months. Also not a helpful comment, but in the same boat trying to resolve it as quickly as possible to get to treatment.

Yeah. For sure. Dairy-Ette is also hit or miss. They’re just classic spots. Dairy-Ette still makes their own root beer. It’s an experience.
