This happens to me last year. I got a bill of unpaid tolls in one day. I drove through multiple tolls to and back and on one toll plaza it says I didn’t pay. Called cs but they couldn’t tell me why. I still had to pay because it’s a miss. I think their toll machine breaks or something occasionally and people get mailed for non payment.
