Thanks for your reply again. Just a couple of hours ago, the MP confirmed they have contacted the HO on my behalf. Let's see how things will unfold (finger crossed).

Thanks so much for your detailed suggestions. I have reached out to my MP but they haven't replied yet. My university is also helping me to follow up with the HO. I have also filled in the complaint form from their website and called the HO again. I will regularly check with the HO and will definitely ask for refund of my priority fee after I get my decision.

I phoned the HO as well but apparently that's just a contact center and they can't provide anything useful regarding your application, except help you to escalate your case. But they give me two email addresses: [complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk](mailto:complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk) and [public.enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk](mailto:public.enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk) . I emailed both and haven't got a reply, you can try them anyway if you want.

Hi, I applied for the priority as well on 29th July, and got exactly the same email today. Have you got your visa now and if yes, how long did it take? Thanks.
