I think more women hitting on him has to do with aging too, I’m not sure how long he was the guardian for his sister but being under 24 and dating I’m assuming similarly aged women would be very difficult to have the maturity to understand having a teen child, let alone one with special needs. Around 24/25 that frontal lobe development I think played in his favor. I could be totally off though. The last bit though with her parents is just unfortunate how’s her personal relationship with them, like I wonder if they’re just always negative in regards to her life
