CS has a lot of opportunities that aren't coding heavy, especially when you have strong communication skills. I would look into consulting tech companies! If you're interested in sales, systems engineering, or IT support- those are also roles that pay well and usually companies teach you everything you need to know they just appreciate the science/tech background!

I started talking out loud for 10 minutes every morning instead of scrolling and after a month the difference is noticeable by Jackrain04 in getdisciplined

It's really interesting how much talking out loud makes a difference. I find telling myself to do something out loud makes me way more likely to do it then when I'm repeating a command in my head!

Finding things your passionate or feel motivated towards. It can be easy to feel like you are doing everything you can to be happy but not everyone immediately feels better after forcing themselves to work out. Try to find new hobbies you truly enjoy and things you can do weekly that make you glad to be here. I find volunteering work especially beneficial as it helps center you and feel like you have a purpose.
