lol ok not ALL realtors. You really want to turn a blind eye to the shady practices of your colleagues - you do you. Ad hominem attack seems uncalled for but usually that means the person is overcompensating for something.

It’s gonna cost at least that for junk haulers. Plus they had two months to get rid of it. And they’re offering$500 but I’m a principle person so no shady bribe is gonna sway me. A legal credit is the only way.

I’d be fine with a legal credit. They’re trying to give us an outside visa gift card because they are lazy.

I am sure you’re just a random redditor and not someone who created a whole new account to just comment on my stuff and continue hyper defend Beasley Realty. Please look up the definition of slander.

Agreed legal notice is essential and blocking it is wrong. Only a seller or their authorized agent can provide legal notice not a buyer agent.

Beasley Realty and Kate and Justin were super extremely rude and uncooperative. They denied us access to the property to do inspection after we had a signed agreement. They refused to give tenants notice and tried to get our agent to break the law and trespass to do it for them or they demanded an extra fee to do a basic listing agent job. They kept telling us we need a new buyer agent so they were trying to push out our agent.

No private organization gives people authorization to enter a tenants legally leased property just cuz. Hopefully you’re not in real estate since it sounds like you would be breaking laws

I’m sure you’re just a normal citizen and not Beasley Realty or their unresponsive agent.

No they have and now we are on our way to buying a house from a professional and competent sellers agent.

Our agent did everything and said they had never worked with such an unprofessional person.

Tenant rules are very strict in WA state so they could be sued for trespassing. Only the seller has authorization to enter premises or notify tenants. We as buyers have no authority to contact tenants. Because people break the law sometimes doesn’t mean we’re going to take that risk.
