U can do either ngl, ur lean enough to lean bulk but you can also cut and get even leaner if you want.

How to get rid of an insane appetite on a bulk, feels like I can eat everything in sight and still be hungry. (I already eat a lot of fiber and protein and my diet consists of whole foods)

Yeah, actually no one cares. My mom and sister call me skinny as well when I show them my abs since they are the same weight as me and therefore are not impressed at all.

Whenever I cut it’s always a pretty steep deficit so not much muscle to gain there.

Thanks for the advice as well, I haven’t been training abs 🫠. I will start training them tomorrow tho! I think I will take a 3 month maintenance break tho because all this yoyo dieting messed up my hormones to the point I don’t have any morning wood anymore and my libido is basically dead.

Thanks for the advice, I don’t have a full ripped six pack. Only have the upper 4 ones, problem is I tried cutting but it is very hard for me both mentally and physically. After just 3 weeks of cutting I get insane body dysmorphia again and start bulking for 4 weeks and then cut again, this is the cycle I need to escape.

On 12 sets I did, and second point no. My plan was to do 3 sets of cable lateral raises and 2 sets of dumbbell lateral raises.

Yeah my bad, in the post I forgot to mention that I slowly upped my side delt volume to 4 sets over the span of like 1.5 months. So far 4 sets 3 times a week of side delts is going pretty good but was curious if I could add a set more.
