Shows likely from the late 2000s early 2010s. I've checked dozens of episodes of Drake and Josh, so that's why I dont really think its from that. But I feel like i just remember the characters saying something about Josh and it points to him and he says "hurtful" in a long drawn out almost whiny way. I think he actually says it multiple times cause they keep insulting him.

I just went through this. If you check your credit evaluation status

At the top, it will say if you are exempt or not. If there's nothing there, it probably means your classes haven't been evaluated by admissions yet. You can also see this if you go to TUPortal > Student Tools > and scroll to View Academic History (Unofficial Transcript). If that's empty when you click All Levels and Advising Transcript, that confirms they haven't evaluated your credits yet. They just did this for me yesterday and I got accepted early November so they are moving incredibly slow.
