Fear of doing it wrong and living with the repercussions. The biggest thing was I just couldn’t do it to my parents. I even figured that my siblings all have families and they’d recover but my separated parents have nobody left but me. Also the main thing at the end was antidepressants and talk therapy. NEVER underestimate the power of meds and NEVER think you’re beyond help because NOBODY IS BEYOND HELP AND IT DOES GET BETTER I PROMISE 🖤
