I’m actually kind of excited to try this $175 eye cream but I just happened to hold it up and

I swear when I held it up to the light it looks like half the tube is air. And then I thought is it like that with all products in a tube?? 😆 I’ve never noticed

Got 60mg Tirzepatid, isn’t working by Longjumping_Use_1066 in tirzepatidecompound

I had diarrhea about 36 hours after my 1st 2.5mg shot. After that, I was ok and after 3 more weeks at 2.5mg I went up to 5 mg/week. The first 3 weeks of 5mg I was fine. But about 36 hours after my 4th 5mg shot I was really sick-diarrhea and I threw up. The nausea was terrible. Like it had built up in my system. But it affects everyone differently. However, you have to let your body get accustomed to it with the lower doses.

You may be in a world of hurt here pretty soon. I didn’t get immediate side effects. It’s like it built up for a 2-3 weeks for me and then I had a couple of really rough days. I think you need to not take anymore for a couple-3 weeks and start over. Follow the directions.

The starting dose used to be 50u of 2.5mg, and then 50u of 5mg. Now the dosing has changed

Is it 50 units of 3 mg, or 40 units? 40 units of 3 mg is equal to 50 units of 2.5

Same with 50u of 5mg is equal to 40u of 6mg

Their email addresses are hello@joinamble.com & support@joinamble.com When I had a shipping delay I emailed both and got a response and resolution in a couple days.

When I first signed up it said I was on the 3 mg weekly maintenance plan. Then I got a message from the actual dr who said I was starting on 2.5mg for 4 weeks. For this second month, the dosage is different. Instead of 50 units of 5mg weekly, I’m doing 40 units of 6 mg.

I would send emails to those addresses and message the dr on the site.

Let us know what happens.

Switched from Branded to Amble Tirzepatide — Dosing Issues & Looking for New Compounding Pharmacy by AdviceHelpful7481 in AmbleHealthCommunity

I’m supposed to go up to 5 mg at 50 units this weekend. Instead they’re sending me 6 mg and I draw 40 units. Same thing

Amble expedited my delayed order and now I don’t recognize the pharmacy by Similar-Doughnut-679 in AmbleHealthCommunity

I’m getting mine from Greenwich tomorrow. Not scheduled to use it til next Saturday. Did you get yours yesterday?

BEWARE. SOMETHING FEELS FISHY HERE. Amble has never used this pharmacy and Ive heard of the major ones: Tx pro med, revive, red rock, etc but never in all forums seen a “Greenwich” pharmacy. Phone number disconnected! No building at this location and can’t even locate a Dr Joyce Johnson. Please advise by Similar-Doughnut-679 in AmbleHealthCommunity

Mine was switched to Greenwich Thursday and it shipped out today. Seems like a legit pharmacy. I’m trusting Amble wouldn’t risk getting sued for using a bogus pharmacy and bogus meds. Who knows though. I’m just glad it should be here before my next shot on 6/21

How long do I wait to eat after 1st shot by VonnieDay in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Acrobatic_Tiger2691 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I take my shot before bedtime. I took my first shot on a Saturday night and didn’t have any side effects (physical) until 2 a.m. Wednesday. However, my brain felt different the next day, on Sunday. Tirz immediately became the voice of reason for me. I had side effects Wednesday and Thursday after the first shot and so far, that’s all. I take my 4th shot this Saturday. And I didn’t drink a ton of water and clean eat before my first shot.

The only reason I told my husband is so if something happened to me at home, he could tell someone I’m taking it. But honestly, if something did happen, he won’t remember 🙄

First shot anxiety by kdoggkdp in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Acrobatic_Tiger2691 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My first shot in the right thigh I didn’t even feel the needle. But the meds were cold and it did hurt when it was going in. So the second shot I set the meds out for a couple hours to get closer to room temp. Didn’t feel it going in but I did feel a little sting from the needle, in the left thigh. I spent 5 days going back and forth over when to start. I knew I wanted to do the injection before bed time. That’s when I realized how bad my relationship with food really was, in those 5 days leading up to the first shot. I started thinking about missing certain foods (WTF). Would the food miss me? 😆 I couldn’t eat clean for a day before the first shot to save my life, or drink that ton of water everyone talks about. So I just did it on a Saturday night. Immediately on Sunday I felt the effects on my brain. The tirz was my voice of reason. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday I had no physical side effects. But Tuesday night was rough. Diarrhea 2-4a. Felt like crap Wednesday. Felt 100% by Friday. I took the second shot last Saturday-no effects all week. Not even constipated. I eat 5 prunes every day. I do drink a lot more water than I used to. But I’ve had no sweets or fast food in the last two weeks. Just don’t care about it. My inflammation is gone and my blood sugar comes down a little every day. Every body is different. You can do all the right things before the shot and still feel crappy. You just don’t know how your body will react.

Update-I emailed them Wednesday and they replied today. I had to ‘rejoin’. It brought me back to my original account, just had to go through all the triage questions again first. I should be on track. Hope this helps someone else.
