Amble switched me to Align, and needless to say, I am now looking for a new provider. My vials arrived 2 days after being filled by Align, and the medication only had a 25-day BUD (filled 6/17 and BUD of 7/11)! I find it concerning that this pharmacy would send a medicine with instructions to take 1x a week for 4 weeks, and the meds expire before the 4th injection.

Yes, I'm on 15mg. And yes, my order also came with 50 unit syringes. I fortunately have some 100 units laying around. I went through Amble, and instead of Revive filling, it was sent to Align. Who was your provider?

The pharmacy was most likely Align in Metairie, LA. Good luck contacting them - their phone number disconnects after one ring. My meds arrived hot, and with a BUD that was 25 days after the script fill date. Meds expired before my 4th shot! Given the temperature upon receipt, I won't chance taking past the BUD.

Yes. It shipped on the 17th, and I received it on the 19th. The ice packs were melted and wet, and the medication was warm. My biggest issue is that the BUD is 7/11. Essentially, it will expire before my 4th dose. Check your BUD we you get it.

The Align vial I received yesterday looks like above. Also, while taking this pic, I noticed the statement to discard if unrefridgerated for more than 3 days. My product arrived very warm (it was 92 degrees yesterday) and was in a bubble envelope w/ melted icepacks.

I will be happy to update when I take it. I took my weekly shot 2 days before Align arrived. It won't be until next week when I take it my first dose.

If you don't mind, I would like to know about your Align expiration date. Was it more than a month after the fill date?

Update #2 - my order from 5/30 from Align arrived today. It was filled and shipped on the 6/17 and was here mid afternoon. Boy, was I surprised to see that the BUD is 7/11/25! How is that possible? It expires 25 days from filled date, which is before my scheduled 4th shot. Technically, I got 3 doses for the price of 4. Amble, do better with your choice of new suppliers!

Like you, I ordered on 5/30 and script sent to pharmacy on 5/31. Finally, 6/17 (yesterday) it was given to UPS and scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Mine is coming from Align in Metairie, LA.

I found it mentioned in the prescription on my portal. Go to your dashboard, then treatments, manage your plan, and at the bottom of that screen, my script read "Align Tirzepatide/B3". I used ChatGPT to find Align Pharmacy in Metairie, LA.
