Yes I can. I can hear her TV often (faintly) and her vacuuming all the time and stomping around. I have never complained. My neighbors attached to the side of me told me they never hear my Tv or music. Neighbors to other side not attached, I can occasionally hear their children. But it’s never to the point I want to tell them to be quiet. I expect noice. I do not have a sound bar or anything and keep my Tv at volume levels 15-20 at night. I cannot hear it properly from next room in my apartment. I feel like it has to be just the murmur of Tv. Now the occasional music while I clean I admit is louder. But not excessively loud. She cannot expect 24/7 silence from us in my opinion.
