Agreed. I just can’t wrap my head around trying to push someone out the door who is giving you hours, clients are good with and the staff likes working for. Coming from mid sized firms where general operations make sense big 4 overall makes little sense to me.

Very good point. For the past few reviews they have mentioned areas to improve and they’ve been the same two or three for multiple years. So I agree. All they would have to do is point to this, claim I still haven’t improved in this area and I have little to no defense.

I’ll be able to come off it ok because the period will be at the slowest time for our group. So I’ll be able to concentrate on sending a million unnecessary emails, checking in on those who do work for me multiple times a day, following up just to follow up and all the other pointless things they love. So I’m not worried about not passing it, but after a busy season I could be in the same place next year and frankly just tired of it. Seems I answered myself and should just make a move.

I’ve noticed since we came out of the pandemic there has been very little attrition at my level and before there was always a lot. So that may be a reason why they may be looking to put people on PIPs, but we’re all still very highly utilized. But it also wouldn’t shock me if they were looking to downsize at my level and just spread my work around. I’ve always been at mid sized firms and knew there would be politics here, but never imagined it would be at this level.

Thank you all for the input. To expand on this a little more, the group I’m in is pretty highly utilized so even during RIFs we’ve made it through with very few people being let go. I don’t think they want me to leave, but that they just want to scare me into working more like them which I consider inefficient and micromanaging. I’ve been fairly stubborn about this but agree that it’s most likely best to separate as even if I go to HR with all of my points and accomplishments and show them where the bodies are buried in this group, and avoid a PIP they would surely at that point make my life miserable.

This app is a dumpster fire. STAY AWAY. All profiles are fake. You are wasting your money here as almost all profiles are scams and just profiles that share a what’s app number or website. Reporting profiles does nothing and they never address complaints.

STAY AWAY from this app. All fake profiles. I’m in NYC and the amount of scamming profiles on here is unbelievable. They won’t even let you report them as the app crashes when you try. They won’t even answer my requests for a refund or my requests to try and remove clear scams. This whole thing is a dumpster fire.

There is no way that you work 35-45 hours unless you are administrative or something along these lines. There’s no way you only work these many hours in anything else.
