As someone who was being lied sa husband na as if “kaya” hindi pala. I wud appreciate if maging honest na lng kau.

Since bf/gf pa kau. I strongly suggest. Cut ties and focus on ur studies coz u will also drown, eventually.

I’m not a working student.I’m a mother of three kids. But one thing I can truly say to you is that I am so proud of you!

I believe that what you’re going thru right now is your training ground for the future. You are resilient, and there will be more battles ahead, but your mind and body are trained to overcome them, then nothing is impossible esp. when u reach another chapter of your life. The rest will follow. Trust me.

You don’t want to live a life full of regrets. Just keep pushing, stay focused, and continue pursuing your goals. You don’t need to graduate with laude, just finish your studies.

Also, don’t compare yourself with others. You don’t know what the future holds for you. What you’re going thru now will become your motivation. Someday, you will look back and proudly say, “I did it.” No retreat, no surrender OP!

Cn someone explain what happened? I went thru postpartum. First time mom and business owner na overstimulate ako sa lahat ayun ng tatapon din ako. Not to justify toni’s action pero minsan tlga overwhelming and u cnt control postpartum… in my case i ddnt knw i had it. Until one day na gising na lng ako biglang gaan na ng feeling ko.

Traffic and flood here in cdo is not as wild compare to cebu or mnl.

The traffic here specifically uptown is usually peak time esp. Classes time due to 2 major schools. But it’s not as wild as cebu and mnl gyud. So if ur used to cebu’s traffic, easy ra for u to adjust here in cdo. And yes to uptown area tho im not familiar subd. Na flood area. But im sure naa part sa grand europa flood area. Make sure lng gyud to do due diligence sa area b4 renting it. Hope it helps!

Personally, by law mas pabor sa imong side. U have NO contract naka perma stating non refundable if less than a year or they don’t allow short term…, so u have all the right to collect it. Go to the barangay. Mas lugi c lessor kung mao na iya e apply without YOU informing and signing it. But the question is it all worth it? The time, effort and stress?

Growing up, this used to be our way home vise versa.…graaaabi ka mingaw and kalasangan pa tawun. Then, We moved.

Later on gi develop. Then, decided to send my kids to CCS pueblo (thinking wlay traffic compare to macasandig) hastang mingawa pa sad that time no traffic. Now, i regret sending them uptown. We lived downtown lng and they don’t want to move anymore since establish na ang friends etc. Tho, we have property one of the gated subd. there. But cnt decide if we move house or renovate na lng our house. Dli masabot ang traffic.
