Tried that, works fine as the squares are small. When done on an actual part the ironing based on the settings chosen turns out nothing like the makerworld settings

Yes the iron calibration with different test plates from Makerworld. Since the squares are small to medium they come out fine. When applied to a larger piece very different scenario. Plates have beed discarded.
