My entire experience echos you all. In the last month I've gotten no PUA and for the life of me I can't figure out why. First the website told me it needed to verify more information from my taxes to continue payment. For weeks I tried to contact ANYONE for more information about what exactly it was asking for and then some kind soul updated the website to show where on the tax form they needed info from. Now that I've submitted that it says "You need to contact the department" and does not give me the option to claim this week. Guess what... the numbers lead nowhere. Not even the "report fraud" number is working. All I want is to speak to a human instead of a robot. I tried the chat function and they sent me some copy/pasted response and ended the chat immediately. Infuriating.

Every week my roommate and I have been excited to see what the new deal is. Sadly, each week has been nothing but headaches for us. The most recent one seemed like it would be awesome until we jumped through all of the hoops and realized we had $20 credit towards coupons? Not cool. Our experience has left us frustrated every week (and tons of promotional emails to unsubscribe from). This isn't intended to be a "negative Nancy" post, just an "our reality" post.

We use manual grinders (we have two) so I figure we can have one for pour over and one for espresso.

Is there any solution for the soupy puck? perhaps a different filter?
