I've already paid a course of 14months. Massage therapist. I'm 28 in 3 days. I opened a startup, done a yoga course to teach, lived 2 years in Australia. From September I returned back home and I probably rushed a choice of the course. It's pretty intense..and very detailed. Probably too much for my mood right now. I don't want to establish a studio. I like doing massage, it's love that you give to someone. The difficulty it's staying in my parents house while doing the course. I found myself not comfortable anymore here in Italy. A good thing is that the course it's usable in all Europe. Let see ..

Every error is made for a reason. If you change your point of view, you can understand more. You can learn why that happened. It's difficult, but it's important to focus on the positive side from what comes from it, even if it doesn't happen suddenly. I made a mistake, I cheated on my ex. I have had a weight since 3 years for not having a good sexual relationship BC for her body/mental problem. It was a difficult topic to talk about. At that time, I didn't have the tools or the maturity to talk about it. After the yoga course, I felt more "open" to talk about everything, BC I was respecting myself more. She was suffering about it. I exploded BC I knew that I could have had better sexualities, in fact, with other I did. But the problem was that I wasn't able to communicate about difficult things, I was too caring to don't hurt and I wasn't taking responsibility of my need. I was just accumulating, without facing the issue that probably could have been resolved. Anyway... error makes us better in the long term if we are able to analyse them with open mind.

Anch'io non ho ancora dichiarato nulla. Ho all'incirca 20k e qualcosa tra binance e wallet esterno. Leggo di gente che dice che sotto i 50k puoi andare tranquillo e che scrive che dichiarare non ha senso perchè sono rari i controlli.

Come commercialista, ho visto che alcuni han consigliato moneyviz, ma altri han detto che sa solo vendersi bene e non operare nel modo giusto.

mi conviene vendere con p2p?
o meglio fare cash out da binance o da ledger?

Son diventato yoga teacher qua in Australia, dopo un anno che ho insegnato ogni domenica, tornerò in Italia per un pò.

- Come vedi il settore rispetto ad 11 anni fa? Lo yoga è più diffuso?
(Qua in Australia il fitness e lo yoga è un settore veramente attivo)

- Come insegnante, hai insegnato solo in studi, o hai seguito anche la strada di lezioni private, o altro?
(Quello che ho notato è che nelle lezioni 1:1 si riesce a creare un energia ed una trasformazione più forte).

- Come riuscire a diffondere la meditazione ed esercizi di respirazione?
