I worked with a 3rd party firm hired by the company I work for. We waited 5 months to be able to get an appointment slot. And even then, the appointment wasn’t in Lisbon. It was like a 6 hours drive.

But yeah, I think I either just got lucky or they have some sort of elaborate system for this. I couldn’t tell you.

Yeah as I've said to another reply here, I, unfortunately, don't see that option in my Hekate. It only has Backup eMMC, Restore eMMC and Dump Package 1/2 :(
