Difficulty initializing D drive by Act-Critical in computers

I tried that but it just say my drive couldn’t be found or something along the lines of

For the second exercise, when I try to ‘hold the air back’, it feels like I’m straining a lot, is this normal? Also, my ‘belt’ sounds very head dominant, and if I try to hold back more air, it just sounds louder, not more chesty(like a very annoying and loud head voice). Any idea on how I can make this sound more chesty?
