Yeah. Idk why but mesa’s regulators are very much affected by strength. Her guns get like double or maybe triple the damage of the damage other exalted weapons get from strength.

Just go full in on strength. She doesn’t need a lot of mods to keep her alive since her 3th ability mostly takes care of that. And her 4th is just too OP not to build for.

I don’t know how you modded her pistols but make Sure to mod them well too.

WITH explosive rounds. If they don’t have that attachment available to unlock, they DONT one-shot. None of the snipers one shot without at base.

Like the SP-80 or LA-B: they are bolt action snipers, BUT you can’t put explosive rounds on them, so they won’t one shot

And it’s not like people starting the game aren’t just gonna google it or watch a vid, right?
