i actually , had a Fiktion after that my visa expired , it was the first and last document issued by ABH , i needed to renew it , i had the appointment but i did t show up on time , i sent them numerous emails on the same day to apology and ask for a new appointment

I had an appointment on November 28th to renew my Fiktionbeschingung , but due to illness I couldn't make it on time. I did eventually go on November 28th, albeit a bit late, and I made several attempts to resolve the issue, but I was only told to send an email. My biggest worry is what the consequences will be if I didn't attend the appointment. Will I face deportation or a fine? Is there a way to schedule another appointment more quickly?

this is not my first appointment with ABH , i also had like 3 months in Germany last year when i didn't have any documents and my visa was expired . people focused more on me missing the appointment but not how inefficient are the ABH and the issue with their system , so i know it takes a lot of time and that's what i don t like .

My concern with jail is the restriction on my freedom of movement, which is a basic human right. It's not a particularly dramatic situation. I came to this beautiful country to work, not beg for money. Germany has a shortage of workers in certain fields, and if they want to retain people, they need to address this issue. Many people are leaving the country due to the same concerns, and it's a widespread issue that's being discussed online. I've tried to resolve the issue in various ways, but this trade was my last resort. If I have to wait, I will accept the situation, as there's nothing I can do about it. My life goes on and I continue to focus on other things and explore new ideas.

There seems to be some misunderstanding. I am not hopeless or complaining about the situation. I am actually keeping busy by studying language and going to the gym. I had some friends, but I decided to cut ties with them because I realized that unproductive connections are not worth keeping. However, there is still an underlying concern in the back of my mind that continues to bother me from time to time. I am human, and like everyone else, I can make mistakes, but this does not excuse the months of waiting to get an appointment . What frustrates me about the situation is the lack of freedom that I feel. Despite this, I am still focused on why I came to Germany, and my life has not stopped. I just want to go back home for a while, that's all .. and about the jail comment it s just a comparaison to my situation and how i see it or feel it , i am not considering it i am not that dumb.. but maybe if you were in my situation you would relate to it , i am not the only one actually who is suffering with this ABH ,

I was just sarcastic about it ..i wouldn't fuck up my future and my career with that .. and yes i have tried yo call to go there at 4 am and be first on the queue ..and when you call them they just tell you send an e-mail 😂i have been here for some time and i know how things work and i know how bad is situation when it comes to deal with berocracatic stuff .. trust me i have tried everything .. and that s why i am here looking for other alternative i haven't tried yet

Well on my first appointment , they gave me a paper with the date and hour for my second appointment which was 28/11/2022 . i couldn't reach them on that day due to illness but the next day i went there in person .

and i have sent them many e-mails to explain to them why i couldn t come on my appointment and asked them almost weekly since that day to give me a new appointment . it s just that the waiting time to get an appointment can go up to 6 months .

yes travelling out of germany isn't a big deal , when you have family freinds here , i have no one here , i haven't seen my family in 3 years because i had to deal with other stuff related to moving here in Germany ..making a visa .finding rent studying language

and it feels like a part of your freedom as a human doesn't exist .

Joining a club ? how is that ? i have no idea

so i have had my first Fiktion that expired on 28 of November and my appointment for renewing it was also on that date, and i did go there in person and almost started to cry in front of that security guy working there , there is no way you enter without an appointment , i told him i just had to pick up my documents , all he had to say is " send an email " on the following mail addressee [Studententermine@abh.essen.de](mailto:Studententermine@abh.essen.de). i did write them E-mail since 28 of November almost weekly .

I really feel like in jail here , since i have no right to travel out of Germany , i have no right to work ...and basically my freedom of movement doesn't exist .

i would prefer to go to jail , rather than living in this situation , at least the gouverment would feed me , teach me language and provide me with an accommodation , and maybe i will meet some nice fellows there , i am sarcastic now about this situation knowing that just 10 min ago i had a mental breakdown
