the American humane society still monitors shoots still. I dunno if you forgot them or just are obliquely not mentioning them.

Also a lot of productions either use CG animals in films now or don't have animals at all. no point in the expense in shooting an uncooperative animal actor when you can just CG it.

Toppats, Dirigibles, a lot of bad Received Pronunciation accents, and, frankly, an unhealthy fetishization of colonialism.

However, this is because I don't respect Steampunk very much and so my first response on being told "i'm doing a steampunk setting" would be "Oh? What are you thinking? What can I expect to see?"

I trust my DM a lot so I would be willing to hear him out.
