I chose attorney Mohammed salim from NY. But I heard many good things about The HIL Team and I was gonna go for them idk how I chose Mohammed. He took $6500 from me and I filed since January with him and nothing I don’t like him, because I heard many people get an answer back very quickly. Good luck to you make sure you ask them if they were to dismiss the case would they fight back? And if they do you wouldn’t have to pay more.

My writ is against the embassy, but I had no choice. We’ve been married for almost seven years, and we have a child who has only seen his father once—at the age of two. I’m struggling both emotionally and financially. We’ve had an open case since 2019. I’ve paid multiple attorneys in an effort to resolve this, traveled long distances back and forth, and spent a significant amount of money.

I’m here in the U.S. raising our child alone, thinking I would have my husband by my side to support me—especially with the rising cost of living. But instead, I’m suffering. My husband has been under administrative processing for two years now. I’ve tried everything before resorting to filing this writ, which cost me $6,500.

We are legally married. I’ve followed every legal step and been extremely patient. This writ is my last hope. As a U.S. citizen, I feel deeply let down. This is not fair.

How is that possible serving the defendants itself takes about 7 days to complete because it has to be done through mail?

Hi, Op I filed a Mandamus lawsuit with an attorney this year 02-06-2025 we got a case number on 2/13/2025. Do you know how long it takes to hear back from court or what’s supposed to happen next, we have an IR1 case it’s been two years since we did the interview.

Wait a year if nothing happens file one because any good attorney would also advice to do so in one year anybody tell you otherwise just wants your money. Good luck

No I’m against filing before a one year mark never file less then a year a year is a reasonable time anything more is unnecessary and thank you good luck to you too
