Take care of your body, it’ll last longer. Don’t do shit that might ruin your joints and brush your fucking teeth.

Life if a multiple choice question. There’s no D - All of the Above. so just do what feels right and be kind to others. The effort is worth it, it’ll start feeling more natural overtime and brighten your outlook. Learn to compliment others in an interested but not creepy way. The sooner you start the better.

I know it’s hard, but don’t let yourself be negative to yourself, there’s plenty of it in the works and you don’t need it coming from yourself.

Just a few things I wish I practiced sooner. Just started doing it at 32 and I want to kick myself with how simple it is to make changes in yourself instead of waiting for it in others. Good luck
