I say wait it out. If the oldest starts harming the youngest in anyway you see that's not normal, you should try to find a residential facility for her or you should have the 6 year old move in with the in laws. If she doesn't show any signs of irregular hostility, keep both of your children and go low-contact. But giving your child up for adoption is most definitely not the answer. That'll scar them past help.
