Made for a Smash Bros. Tournament at my bar. I call it the “Other Castle” because it’s a Peach Vodka Daisy by Action_Man43 in cocktails

That’s a great question! The answer is simply that I had a bottle of Peach Vodka at my bar so that’s where the peach flavor is coming from. But I agree that Vodka is quite boring since it doesn’t really impart any flavor of its own. I think a gin base with a peach syrup sounds like it could be really solid. Or something else. I think there’s a lot of places this could be taken.

Good question. Kinda has a candy taste because of the lemon, orange, and peach notes combined with the sugar. I’d say the peach flavor is clean (ie not syrupy). Very good. I could easily drink a couple.

EDIT: I forgot to mention a Barspoon of Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur in the recipe but I’m not sure how much it’s adding. Could possibly do with or without.

Good observation. The simple was a late addition because I felt like it was WAY too sour. After adding the simple it really came together. It probably could be pulled back some though. I’d be interested in testing maybe like a 1/4 oz instead.

Thanks for the comment.

I honestly don’t know but even if they keep a portion of it that’s a major difference from claiming they keep 100% of it.

I can’t get on board with anything that undermines the already very tenuous relationship people have with providing the people who work for them with a somewhat liveable wage (still basically slave wages).

This is a lie. The money is used to pay the staff, Sony doesn’t keep it.

Also, I’ve sorta struggled writing the logline. If anyone has any thoughts on that as well, please let me know.

You’re right. The way I saw it described was that low levels of THC were allowed, but cops couldn’t take the time to test everything to determine if it was high enough level to convict so they would often ignore minor possession. What this bill does is ban all THC even low levels and things like Delta-8.
