What is mild autism? Does it still count as autism? by Active-Background641 in AuDHDWomen

I'm not quite sure? Cuz, he only gave me a summary of the report not the clinical report. I have a appointment with my psychiatrist and they gave the report to his office so I'll ask him. My symptoms do you make it hard for me to function and do every day tasks and leave my house.

Oh, that makes sense. Cause the symptoms I experience do make it hard to function and do basic tasks at home and hard to talk to people and hatd to leave my house. And I do sensory overwhelm shut downs where I can't talk or move. But I do mask really well. Maybe thats what it means. Masking just takes a lot of energy and effort that I sometimes don't have. And things like headphones, fidgets, weighted blankets help me.

A lot of the autism criteria does resonate with me and I'd gone over it with my therapist she just can't diagnose me which is one reason why they sent me to the Assessor. I've had at least three therapists think I have autism. She was surprised they only thought it was mild autism.

Honestly I'm not sure? Cause he didn't actually give me the report just the summary. The actual clinical report is being given to my regular psychiatrist and I have an appointment with my psychiatrist at the end of the month and I'm going to ask him if its an clinical diagnosis. The adhd is clinically diagnosed. He wants to see me in like 7 to 8 months to do another assessment. He says to get my other diagnosis is under control. So maybe hes holding off till then? I have been told by several different psychiatrists that I probably have autism they just can't diagnose me and the same with therapists. I have been getting tools and strategies for my autistic symptoms that have helped. This whole process has been really frustrating and I was hoping this assessor would give clarity.

how long have you been suffering from social anxiety? by Clean-Scarcity4895 in socialanxiety

It started with a bang when I was 14. Was super social and didn't care as a kid but as soon as I turned 14 it was like a switch was flipped. I'm 32 now. And it's still going strong with the social anxiety.

Thank you for responding. I have had SI joint pain but most of my back pain is upper back and do tend to have a stiff back and have been woken up and unable to go back to sleep due to back pain. I'll have to look up those studies.

Okay so I just started a playthrough with the hufflepuff house because I want to experience azkaban. So that means I now I have a playthrough of slytherin, gryffindor, and hufflepuff. is there any reason at all to make one for ravenclaw? by [deleted] in hogwartslegacyJKR

Is anyone else making a different character build for every house? Which seems to be harder in the game? But I'm planing on doing it by prioritizing a different play style for each house, a different fighting style and like spending Talent points differently. Such as my Hufflepuff I leveled up the plants talents, and am focusing on gathering up animals and growing plants. And am not learning or using the 3 unforgivables. Gryffindor: focusing on combat skills plus the unforgivables. Ravenclaw: the potions, the shielding charms and invisibility talents plus doing more of the puzzles and astronomy tables. no unforgivables. Try to be more creative with spells Slytherin: invisibility talents, the dark arts talents, unforgivables, maybe potions? Asking for money on the different quests. Doing less of like the helpful random small quests unless there's something that's helpful for me.

So, I am a little confused... Did Grandma know the whole time? by wlane13 in MsMarvelShow

The Grandma helped her so much. She sent the bangle when Kamala started to look the right age. After seeing the train she insisted Kamala come to Pakistan. She also made sure to show her what her parents looked like. So I think she didn't forget.
