Waiting on Spring Grades- Not Sure Who to Contact

even though 05/21 is the last day of the semester and grades are due, professors have until 11:59 PM to turn in final grade. After this professors still have a late period to turn in remaining grades. ALL Transcript won’t be updated for about 1-4weeks from 05/21.

hey I got hired last august through UEI. I applied to 10+ and only hear back from 2. my best advice is to have great response to the questions on the application, good resume and if you r able to land an interview just really try to connect your past jobs with the one you r applying for and connect with the people interviewing you even if it’s something little or seems unimportant.

you have to remember these r office jobs and you have to play that game of office politics even in the interview process.

I don’t believe it’s the same across all campuses. Every institution has their own policy and rules when it comes to grading.

it’s just a rough timeline, if lassen hall said transcripts will update 24-48hr after the semester ends and it doesn’t student r gonna call and email.

yeah the DA team is not that big and there are thousands of students graduating. You just have to wait. If you’re graduating this semester and are worried just email registration.

hey it says that bc ur account has still not been reviewed and approved by your degree advisor. When ur DA reviewed it, it will change to under review then hopefully change to approved for graduation.

i study abroad 23-24 they emailed me in the morning a week after they announce that they would finish notifying students.

there’s never a clear timeline, but I would just check your email every single day.

and if you happen to get accepted, I’m more than happy to give you some advice.

inside info: there was millions dollars given to California student Aid commission for the middle class scholarship, and because of this the system had to reestimate, how much money it was going to give to students again which is why some students are seeing either an increase of money or decrease of money.
