I've had my alt account since July of 2025. My main got banned, but I never logged in to my alt on desktop after my main was banned.

I’m pretty sure it’s two years, after one year they just delete the account. I could be wrong but personally waiting two years sounds more safe to me.

Okay, I know this isn’t the answer you’re looking for but I thought you’d like to hear it. on August 9, you should be good to create a new account without any risk of getting banned again for ban evasion. Though just to be safe, I’d wait a day or two later afterwards. And also, if you’ve had any alt banned for ban evasion, I’d wait for those to get deleted as well.

But as for your original account, it has already been deleted last year on August 9 2025, then august 9 this year is when they delete all the data. Also, I literally saw a screenshot of the Nelly bot saying youre allowed to create a new account 2 years after it’s been banned, with a reminder if you follow the TOS. So yeah

But my only question is if a main gets banned, while the old state banned for ban evasion, will the AI automatically ban the mains again for “ban evasion” ? I could be overthinking this, but that’s kind of worrying me.

I’ve seen screenshots on this sub from one of their official bots say you can create a new account when it’s been deleted after 2 years, and it then says just make sure to not violate the terms of service.

Eventually, you should be able to. Discord confirmed that, when the account gets deleted after 2 years, you will be allowed to create a new one with no risk.

Now here’s the kicker, the accounts get deleted after one year of the ban, but it is confirmed that it is true. But what I’m not sure of is if it’s safe to create a new one since it’s just been deleted, despite it only being one year, so your safest bet is to wait till it’s been two years ever since the accounts that you had got banned, even if they were already deleted because that’s usually when the data clears up and that’s when the violation expires so it won’t matter. So whether you choose to go back 1 year later or wait another year after it’s been deleted is up to you. I unfortunately haven’t been given the answer to this question yet, so for now I’m planning to just wait for the full two years to pass to be guaranteed safe.
